In your e-mail to tell us about the problems, or enhancements you want to have, with your Alpha Four or other applications, please answer the questions below.  The answers will help us better understand your applications, your computing environment and your needs.  Do not feel obliged to answer all of them as some may not be pertinent to your situation.  You can click to copy and paste these questions to a WORD document, answer them, and e-mail the WORD document to us. 

- Name and address of your company?  Web site address?

- What does your current program (or application) do?  How is it used?  How often is it used?

- If the program is written in Alpha Four, what is its version?  (Version 8 is the latest.  You can find out the version by pressing F3 at Alpha Four's Main Menu screen. )

- Is the program used by a single user or by multiple users in a local area
network?

- If used in a local area network, how many people (or workstations) may use it at the same time?

- If used in a local area network, is the server running on Windows NT, 2000, 2003, UNIX or what?

- If used in a local area network, do the workstations use a mixture of Windows 98, 2000 and XP?

- How long have you been using the program?  (A brief description of the program's history will be helpful.)

- What are the problems you are experiencing with the program now?

- What are the immediate enhancements you would like to see?

- If the program is re-written, what are the additional functions or capabilities you would like the new program to have?
