After program
implementation, we provide on-line support continuously to all clients
through pcAnywhere (a remote access software from
Symantec). To enable this service you
will need to have pcAnywhere installed in your computer as well.

For this on-line support service we charge an annual fee
(a fixed amount) plus a variable fee that is based on the amount of time we spend each
month.
